This board is made out of Ash, Bird's Eye Maple, Curly Maple, Cherry, Leopardwood, Pakauk, Purple Heart, Walnut, Wenge, and Yellow Heart. And remember, because it is End Grain, this board won't show scratch marks like face grain boards do - and that keeps your knives sharper longer!
